Maine Haven - Private Retreat with Dock, Kayaks & Views

An excellent house to consider for your visit to the Maine coast. Beautifully located within easy reach of Popham Beach, Bath, and local seafood restaurants. The home provides many sleep options ( very comfortable) and a well organized kitchen, right on a private shore to enjoy the lobster boats moored in the cove. Fall weather was too chilly to explore using kayaks but that option is highly recommended if you’re there in warmer weather.Be sure to visit the famous Spinney’s restaurant on Popham Beach for your seaside photos and excellent food options. If you are bringing Fido, there are plenty of walking/ hiking options right from the back door or two very beautiful trails with views only 10 minutes away. Do not rely on your GPS to take you to this property via Cutter’s Road!! It is a nightmare especially at night! Always access using Fred Brigham Road.

Communication was pretty much instant. All the amenities were on hand to make our stay very comfortable. And we really appreciated the tasteful and thoughtful touches down to the little brown teapot to brew a pot of tea!

This place was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for a wedding that was just up the road. House was clean, well stocked with everything you’d need for a weekend stay. The views were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
