Harbor View House | Walk to Water

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor Heights was close to everything we wanted to do or needed Short drive to shops & restaurants The property was great for our needs & sleeping Easy check in & out Any questions I had were answered right away We would highly recommend staying here

House was clean. Location is great. Boothbay Harbor really nice.Initial communication was poor. The people who answered the calls didn't seem to know who I was or why I was calling, but eventually contacted "Arthur" on my behalf. He communicated by text.House does not have cable t.v. (Roku streaming only), and crank-out windows not working properly. Also, not enough dishes/silverware, for more than 4 people.Overall, pleasant experience.

While the location of this house was great, the house itself did not live up to the listing’s claims. Multiple chair cushions had mildew. The oven was broken, and while the host provided a note on the fridge explaining the issue and a small air fryer, it would have been nice to have been provided this information prior to our stay, as we were expecting a full kitchen. In addition, the grill was not functional, which we discovered on our final evening as we were fixing dinner. The showers drained slow. For the price we paid for 3 nights we were expecting more maintenance in this house. I would not recommend unless improved.

Amazing property - so close to the footbridge that will take you right into Boothbay Harbor. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the communications with the property managers was SO FAST and so efficient! We were so pleased with this home.
