It's a beautiful property, but not a good stay for elderly guests. The tub upstairs is a danger; I'm 58 and slipped on the rubber mat in the tub. Not sure why there isn't more seating in the fireplace room; it seems like a waste of space. Please purchase a pizza cutter. Otherwise, very nice.

Our Family had a great time here. House is located on a quiet street with an easy walk into Boothbay Harbor. A perfect location. Home was clean and well stocked. Fenced yard was great for our pooch. Our concierge Allison went above and beyond to make our stay was pleasant. I would recommend staying here :)

This is property was perfect for hosting our family. The location is just minutes from downtown. The layout of the house is functional and it was very well equipped - even had place setting for kids. Has AC which was huge in the middle of summer! We enjoyed board games at the dining table and grilling food. Fenced in back yard was a bonus for littles. The host is very easy to get in touch with and responsive - very well managed.
